Andrés Sandoval

Andrés (They/Them/Elle) is a non-binary Colombian living in Montréal, Québec, on the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee Nations. Andrés works in the Québec region as a Navigator.

With over five years of experience as a Community Psychosocial Support Worker, Andrés has supported diverse communities in Colombia and Québec, advocating for inclusion, access, empowerment, and citizen engagement. They take an intersectional approach, helping people reach their goals and develop their potential.

As a Regional Navigator for Québec, Andrés provides guidance and information to individuals and families applying for federal income benefits.

Outside of work, Andrés enjoys photography, cooking, spending time outdoors, and hearing new stories from people.
