Marie Laramee

Marie (she/her) is based in Port Perry, Ontario, on the traditional lands of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation.

Marie brings a unique perspective to digital marketing, shaped by ten years as an educator before transitioning into marketing and online community building. Her background informs an approach to communications grounded in curiosity, accessibility, and a genuine passion for advocacy. As Digital Marketing Officer, Marie supports Inclusion Canada's digital presence and communications, motivated by a deep commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable world for people with disabilities.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys taking dance classes, musical theatre, and travelling with her family. Her favourite destination so far has been Iceland — though she suspects the list is far from complete.
