Marion Segura

Originally from the south of France, Marion (she/her) lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples.

As Director of Partnerships and Development, Marion focuses on securing funding, nurturing partnerships, and amplifying Inclusion Canada's national impact. She works closely with funders, donors, partners, and community organizations across the federation to build trust and alignment while creating opportunities for collaboration and shared impact.

With a background in fundraising within the non-profit cultural sector, Marion brings expertise in donor engagement, relationship-building, and championing inclusive and accessible programming. Through years of connecting funders with mission-driven work, she developed a deep commitment to social justice and inclusion, along with a strong appreciation for the power of storytelling and community engagement to create lasting connections and inspire action.

Outside of work, Marion enjoys long walks along the ocean, camping, reading, baking, and listening to country music.
