Natalia Hicks

Natalia (she/her) lives in what is colonially known as Toronto, Ontario. In her previous role with Inclusion Canada, she supported efforts to change systems, policies, and laws that stigmatize and devalue people with intellectual disabilities - particularly raising awareness about the violent and discriminatory nature of Canada’s assisted suicide legislation. As the National Manager of Policy and Resource Development for Ready, Willing & Able, Natalia now spearheads the creation of resources for RWA and The Inclusive Workplace. 

In her free time, Natalia likes to hike, camp, spend time around a campfire, play silly goofy sports (like flag football and soccer baseball), read, and volunteer.
